Restored Beta Jacket

Based on the jacket seen in this beta screenshot, I found most of the original geometry and textures on a random ped and adapted them to fit Niko once more.

Includes two extra variants based on the ped textures. I'm calling this first release a preview because I'm sure there's some rigging errors and I think the smoothing could be improved a bit. Replaces the Spyde track top for now, sorry.
