World.CreateProp - works incorrectly

The object appears at a different height. 
This code will output 42,3310 instead of 40. Help!

 float x = 1000f, y = 3000f, z = 40f;
 var prop = World.CreateProp(new Model("prop_ld_container"), new Vector3(x, y, z), false, false);
 UI.ShowSubtitle($"Z: {prop.Position.Z}"); // Show - "Z: 42,3310"

 float x = 1000f, y = 3000f, z = 40f;

The above does not look like coordinates, they look like distances.
Either use set coordinates or you have to work with dynamic variables.

 

Z is Height. The world goes up and down so the height of 40f will sometimes be under the ground.
ScriptHookDotNet has World.GetGroundHeight()  but remember this will only  return a valid height if the location is loaded into memory.

 

If you want to work with coordinates then goto the location you want the prop to spawn and display the player position.
Then use that position in the vector instead.
