How would you rank all the GTA and Saints Row games against each other from best to worst?

Debates about which is the better series between GTA and Saints Row are widespread, but I rarely ever see topics asking to rank each individual game from each series from best to worst. So I figure I might as well ask the question myself.

 

Here’s my ranking:

1. GTA IV + EFLC

2. GTA San Andreas 

3. Saints Row 2

4. GTA Vice City Stories

5. GTA V

6. GTA Vice City

7. Saints Row

8. GTA Liberty City Stories

9. GTA III

10. Saints Row 3

11. Saints Row 4

Hate to put VC and III that low but i really like saints row 1, gives me the wire vibes. as the list shows i also am not too fond of the SR games afrer 2

The post-SR2 games are dogsh*t, so you’re not unjustified in that opinion.

On one hand objectively speaking I can appreciate the level ambition R* had for the time, but on the other many parts of it just don't gel with me at all. I've given the game so many chances, but I always come back to the same conclusion that it's just average and not as great as people make it out to be. Other GTA games pertain more to my tastes which is why I rate them higher.

Besides the ott stuff and CJ (as I already know how you feel about those two) what bothers you most about San Andreas?
