On further things, just for the sake of it I started to get drunk by my own moonshine in the bar and noticed a fast way to deal with it. You have to drink four times from the tap for it to count as getting intoxicated. My shack is at lagras, so for some reason if I kill myself near the bar counter I always respawned at lagras near the fast travel point. Then I could just travel to the shack and repeat. Okay, fast travels cost a dollar per trip(from lagras to the shack} , but with the fully upgraded production its a minimal dent in the wallet. I was using a faster method last night; I had Wild Creek Moonshine behind the bar (idk if weaker shine takes longer to get drunk on), it took 4 drinks to get drunk the first time. Then I walked over to the barrel by the door, washed my face once to sober up and poured another drink. It only 2 - 3 drinks to get drunk again.. Then rinse and repeat. I pinned the getting drunk challenge to the player menu too, making it easier to check after each drink that I was getting drunk. I still got bored after 12/100 and stopped lol but it works. Also.. I tried coffee to sober up but it took longer, I didn't try eating almonds though. Edited December 31, 2019 by Next-Gen Vercettis

It should be fixed very soon whenever the developers get back on office. Haha! Nice work @Fun 2! It’s a shame that Rockstar don’t have someone as diligent as you in their QA department, or maybe camps and animal spawns would’ve always worked Rev. I think it was just because they had to focus on two updates and fixing bugs for them. They pushed three background updates to GTAO, and two background updates to RDO in the same week just before their holiday break. You can still encounter another white dot event, but not the same one. You have to take into account that random events have 40% chance of happening, so you may go past some places where a random event would happen but it doesn't, and you should be in a solo lobby or a lobby with 5 or 10 players to ensure that events won't mess up due to high player count. Past 3 days I've been in a solo or very small lobby and only seen 1 white dot thing per lobby, then nothing after that, so wondering if that cooldown period is messed up too Edited January 1, 2020 by aFinn

sixxkid13
So...as i was roaming around looking for burdock root last night, I found a weird camp with enemy NPCs just standing there. It was really close to one of the points @Fun 2 put on the map outside Lagras and Saint Denis. There were no stills or anything related to moonshine. I found it kind of odd that the enemy's just let me kill them. They didn't even flinch. No recipe though
JohnMcLoviin
I haven’t read thru all of this thread so maybe this has been mentioned before. This event is locked due to a cool down that is placed on you every time you finish a moonshine activity which includes setup missions. The cool down is supposed to last for one hour, but due to a technical issue, it lasts for one month. This means everyone who have done the setup missions had placed the event on cool down for one month. Rokushakubo
I just encountered and infinitely respawning wounded dear that would reappear once killed and looted for arrow. Westside Warfare
So if you have the role, never set up the shack but have done missions with another posse are you still in cool down? Asking because my second account hasnt had a shack set up but has the role and has been in a posse on moonshine missions. (Ill be searching for the event anyway)
gsgibson2
Searching just like everyone else... got into a solo lobby yesterday: Got "Rescue Buyer" mission while North of Lagras. Fast Travel to Moonshine shack, make it to buyer location - killed the Revenue agents - Rescued 2 buyers chained up, the first one ran off down a hill, the 2nd one told me to take him to Emerald Ranch. Did that - no recipe awarded just 300 xp. Questions: - Has anyone else see 2 buyers to rescue like I did? - All of the agents available to loot disappeared when I rescued the buyer??? (so I wasn't able to loot any of them) - I didn't check the campsite for lock boxes because I was short on time on getting the buyer back - has anyone else been able to check the site for any boxes? General Quesiton - our moonshine shack is under ground which I'm guessing the Hidden Moonshine shack mission is as well? Has anyone been able to find anything underground, houses, basements, caves etc similar?
Westside Warfare
(FYI I’m on PC) I have yet to get any of the “rescue buyers” missions and I’m lvl 216 with every role maxed so idk what’s up with these. There are several underground spots around the map and I’ve not been able to spawn anything near them (except bounty hunter missions spawn there) Also doing the old cinematic ride with map open worked today with spawning hideouts (in lobby with 18 or less) so I’m attempting that all around the world to see if anything else spawns. gsgibson2
Just got a Bootlegger mission I've never got before from Maggie - It was Destroy the Moonshine, NOT Poison the Moonshine... is that normal? It was a small camp with 5 barrels of moonshine I had to destroy. Killed the guys at camp, then started destroying the barrels of moonshine... the thing that caught me off guard is through Eagle Eye there was the orange dust glowy things coming up from 1 of the barrels of moonsine. Me and another guy named Speedy tried to figure it out for a few minutes - couldn't interact with it - couldn't grab it, etc. Is anyone else seen something similar?
