I also found clutter in Lagras, what seem like a moonshine camp, but I believe those are there for the dynamic moonshine events. I think this new random event is different, but we are yet to see someone reporting that he encountered it. Not to mention, the new change that force the game to populate the lobby is making it difficult for us to encounter random events. I thought I read somewhere that they improved the matchmaking to increase the player count in large sessions or that was probably for the animals/connection errors. My friend got a glitched private from a bootlegger and the lobby didn't fill up. I saw several white dot events happen. Unfortunately I don't know where to go search for this new event, it might have spawned in that lobby. Several times I've seen a half filled camp south of Armadillo where gang hideout should be, but I guess it's just a badly filled gang hideout. Regarding filling lobbies, they rarely dwindle anymore and fill after a few minutes if it goes down to 15 for a few minutes. It's always 21-26 players. Yesterday another friend got a private from a bootlegger, she stayed in her camp while I searched for the dog but after a while the lobby filled even though she was at her camp. So I assuming that the Posion Poppy Recipe is lootable from enemy NPCs throughout the RDO World. I could be wrong, but the recipe is one of my recent items after I looted all the corpses, and cannot see it being a reward from the Role or Outlaw Pass from looking at those rewards so it came from somewhere whilst I was looting as it wasn’t in my recent items before.
