I spend my time in West Elizabeth (Tall Trees and Great Plains predominantly), so apart from the odd trip up to Big Valley there is almost zero chance I’ll see a randomly spawning one, and traipsing past all of the known spawn locations for hours and hours has proven fruitless, so I’ve given up. And without doing a Moonshiner related activity a Revenue Agent roadblock free roam event appeared off the beaten path. I found it today, nowhere near Lemoyne, I was going after a collectible Cups Tarot Card to finish a set...North Ambarino area got the card and started heading back towards Strawberry--got the blip and headed uphill to find the moonshiners. I hadn't run a moonshine delivery in probably a half hour, if that makes a difference. Was not part of a posse either. My buddy joined on him and found dead NPCs around a camp and a closed chest. He opened the chest and got the recipe. I found it when I was not looking for it, and subsequently have never had the buyer wanting Poison Poppy anyway except for once, when I had already flavored with another $247 Agarita Sunshine batch. First thing to notice is the abundant wildlife, on par with the animals in Story Mode. Animals, and dynamic events happening quite a bit. DentureDynamite, Rev. [PS4] Start a resupply mission for Cripps, stay in camp until the time runs out. Then start another resupply mission. If the screen fades to black before the mission begins, it worked.
