How to make Poison Poppy's Moonshine? (SOLVED)

Lobby of 3 and no luck

Just now I ran into my second poppy moonshine recipe camp. No recipe. It just says reward instead of recipe. No idea what the reward was. It didn't say anything after taking it.

So I'm wondering what's the trick with getting it to spawn. Delivery mission completed. Waited 30, Checked spawns and nothing. Was doing the bootlegger free roam missions that spawned so wondering if that reset the cool down. Also tried with a batch of moonshine brewing. And one not brewing. Currently waiting to see if the free roam mission reset timer. Anyone on PC found it?

Try going to a spawn point after 30 minutes of doing a moonshiner activity then jumping sessions. Check out page 13 here at the bottom to see what happened for me last night. Could be switching sessions that made it spawn..

I'm solo. And jumping sessions or trying too anyway usually leads to an infinite load.

Yeah those have gotten much better and less frequent for me thankfully. I may have just gotten lucky anyway, but figure worth a shot.

Managed to get solo session through some FireWall trickery. So random encounters / bootlegger free roam missions happen more often.

Tip not listed in main guide. After enabling the port blocking rule. Sit in the change appearance screen for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

I spent like 5 hours last night after getting into a solo lobby looking for it. I got into the lobby after a bootlegger mission and was afraid to do anything that involve a loading screen in case it broke the lobby and filled it up. I saw just about every random event and ran into several hideouts and a few random bootlegger missions and not a single moonshine camp. Also did everyone have to update their game today? Does anyone know what it was for?

I mean the fact that I have been trying since they "fixed" it, which was about a week ago and still haven't found it yea its cancer.

Right. How can some people here have found that camp twice and we've yet to see it. Some folks and their RNG.

I've tried everything that was mentioned on here, from selling and waiting 30 minutes, bootlegger and waiting 30 minutes. I managed to get into a solo lobby after doing a bootlegger mission last night, and went around for like 5 hours and got several random events except the moonshine camp to spawn.

Too bad the recipe doesn't actually add something to the role. It would be nice if it paid higher than the $247,50 we already get from other recipes.

I agree with you. We search for a recipe that only gives you the same amount as 3 others. I mean its cool to have to search for this recipe, but it was also a pain in the butt. So the search is kinda useless. Only reason to have it is just to make another recipe.

They could have added a sort of GTAO MacBeth kinda thing to it. Drink from the tap, pass out after 1 glass and wake up in a random spot on the map. If you wake up in a specific location, you earn something extra, like we got the Kifflom shirt in GTAO.

Ok. For anyone curious as to what I did to find it.

1. Delivery mission. (did not start another batch)
2. Traveled to a point near heartland oil fields off the south road.
3. Waited 30 minutes.
4. Profit.

Was waiting for a friend to join for a posse daily and it spawned for me. I was siting near the edge of the water by the tracks and it spawned at midnight. Was a low pop session, crystal clear night, no rain, etc.

Good news if somehow you cock up taking the receipt like I did, I now have it, I stopped looking for it was in rhodes doing other things and a white dot appeared. I haven’t done any moonshine events today so no idea how that fits with the 30 mins thing.
