Making bounty leveling faster

I wonder if Rockstar is ever going tune the bounty role and make you get more exp than just turning in the bounty? My other roles are max and bounty hunter is like 6.  They seemed to make moonshiner fairly quick to level so part of me is hoping they are gonna fix bounty so it's faster. I am dreading trying to max to level 20 as it is  now.

Yeah I've been considering trying those. So far  I've only done the small fry bounties.

I can't remember if the time affects the role XP and regular XP that you gain.

I just finished a $$ bounty, 450 regular XP - 0.32 gold - $22.50. I'm level 20 so I don't know how much role XP you get, but at least is the same amount as regular.

Time does effect the XP & role XP in normal bounties as well as Legendary Bounties.  The typical R* logic of take longer = get paid more does apply here.

I've maxed Bounty hunter 3 times now. Twice on concole and once on pc. It's not that hard and it don't take long. If you're doing them one dude at the time, you'll be in for a long haul for sure. With higher Level bounties and the wagon, lvl 20 is within spitting distance.

XP, Cash, and Gold are dependent on time. However, the idea that the pay is better for maxing out the time is false. 
Yes, you do get more, but for the amount of time you get less. 
For instance, would you rather $20 for a job that takes 60 minutes? Or $10 for a job that takes 15 minutes?

The ideal time to spend in Bounties if you are ONLY Bounty hunting is 9-10 minutes. 
That means 3 minutes to get there, 4 minutes to capture your target, 3 minutes to get back. 
This isn't dragging your heals and wasting time and this is not grinding. 
The best pay is to play the game at a normal pace.

I haven't tested those. They are too hard on higher levels playing solo free aim. 

To come up with the bounty sheet I had to run bounty after bounty (over 300), logging all the data points, then comparing.

Yea, I can imagine the time/effort put in...I certainly appreciate it.
