But ask me if I got the Wasabi plushie, after almost 8 months already? No. Still the only one I didn't get. Why the hell they made it this difficult.

The axe of fury has an exclusion zone when someone plays it, it pushes you away like the lucky wheel, I do wonder if you could use that to clip the plushies with a certain arrangement of machines and a friend.

Same reply I got from R* support. They told me that the swk is bugged and they are aware but they don't know as of now when it's gonna be patched.

 

When I asked the agent that is it really bugged for almost 8 months now, they got silence for a minute before telling me to take some compensation and leave them be. 

 

I ain't gonna try for swk anymore until they patch it or something. I even tried her with snack method for about 60 or so tries.

 

Oh and I got all the other plushies in between 4 days. I even got the rarest "master" in 28 tries.

You got lucky with the other plushies. Even if they did fix it you are gonna need to try more than 60 times. It has 1/100 odds iirc so it could still take hundreds of attempts even if it were not bugged. My friend got it last week so it is still possible. The snack method only moves it to a position where it is not bugged and your odds are at 1/100.

Yeah you're totally right here, like I need to try for more than 120 times for the plushie with glasses I think his name is "grindy".

 

For the record I tried for swk again after posting here yesterday and got her very far ahead above the blue and green plushie with the help of snack method but after trying for 50+50+50+20=170 times I left it for some other day.

After a bit of a break, I went to check the snack trick and after a whole lot of wrappers and cans, I finally managed to pull Shiny Wasabi Kitty out on PC! Yay! I had to reset it a few times, because the plushie floated up into the roof, or landed awkwardly, so I couldn't see where the claw was going properly and when it finally snatched it, the center of the hook was around the higher front part of the hair, if that helps anyone! Thanks for all the handy information everyone has been sharing here, I'm not sure I'd have ever pulled it out otherwise!

Mine grabbed in a similar spot, just slightly more backwards from that! I kept thinking the grab spot would be on the top or back of the head, since that's what the visual extrapolation indicated, but seems not. Good Luck!

After many many many attempts i still dont have the last plushy i need, shiny wasabi kitten, closest i've gotten just now is this:

 

By sheer luck i managed to displace it often enough in the right direction that it rolled into the collection area but that didnt have the desired effect (it just sits there now) and it still just does the usual shake when i try pick it up, ill be trying this spot for a few hours tho because what the actual f- game its been months and if anything this really should've given me the damn plushie  

 

Edit: Nope ran macro for almost 3 hours before giving up, this is drivin me nuts

I begin my plushie quest in earnest!

PC player using macro, yesterday I got Poopy, Poopy2, Humpy and Saki after about 6 hours. This felt pretty lucky considering the posts and the percentages of grabbing each plush.

After getting a little tired of watching them wiggle and not attach to the claw I tried throwing my entire snacks behind Wasabi. She refused to move and instead knocked Master upside down and figured maybe this would help. He spun right side up after a second grab attempt and the whole claw just clipped right though his entire model each time. Went to get more snacks from Wendy and the cans and P&Qs disappeared.

Will update my plush takings as and when I get them. 2% x 4 yesterday, and now endless fresh air claw grabs for farming the casino horsey macro a couple months back. Total karma.

Edit:

Day 2 (Sat) - 8 hours afk and Master successfully grabbed. Hour 10 Muffy successfully grabbed. Cashed out my luck and turned off shortly after.

Day 3 (Sun) - Skipped, irl things.

Day 4 (Mon) - Started afk macro at 8am. Smokey grabbed at 5pm (9th hour afk). Waited until midnight but no more successful grabs.

Day 5 (Tues) - Started afk macro at 10am. Finished at 2am into wednesday. 14 hours and no successful grabs.

Day 6 (Weds) - Started afk macro at 9am until 12 noon with no grabs. Saw a post on youtube about dislodging SWK so restarted afk at 4pm and threw some P&Qs behind Shiny Wasabi for good measure. She eventually popped out of her spot at the back and on top of Master, so adjusted the macro coordinates by a few hundred and walked away for a moment to let the snacks all despawn. Shiny grabbed at midnight! (11th hour afk). Two to go!

Day 7 (Thurs, week 2) - Adjusted macro to speedgrab Grindy and PRB only. Left afk for 24 hours after grabbing SWK. No. Bites. Now I know how those line caught fishermen must feel. Decided to take a few days break from playing.

Day 8 (Mon, week 2) - Macro left 12 hours afk, nothing. Stopped to play a few 2x events then restarted macro at 5pm. At 7pm I dropped all my snacks left of Grindy's spot and watched them tumble over him and Princess Robot Bubblegum. They both displaced slightly so I figured I'd try a few manual grabs... success! Picked up Grindy after my 6th manual grab attempt (14th hour).

Day 9 (Tues, week 2) - Left macro afk overnight after grabbing Grindy at 7pm and went to sleep. Woke up at 7am to find my character stuck between the arcade cabinets. "Assistant call or successful grab?" I wondered, so went to see... hurray! No PRB in the cabinet! Noticed she grabbed at 6am just as my daily fees went out (11th hour afk). Synced up a save after leaving and returning, nabbing a pic of them all and turned off the game. *WHEW* Got 'em all!

Final Edit:

On review it seemed more painfully random than I expected. The rumors about this taking about a week from multiple sources as opposed to 20 minutes to a few hours seemed like a wild stretch, since the former seemingly fell true.

There seemed to be more noticable action after the 7/8th hour, with more guaranteed grabs the longer time passed without a successful grab. I know how percentages work, but it still seemed as "my chance must increase the more I play" being simple placebo. Getting Master, the 1/200 chance 0.5% plush on the second day is just crazy but rng is rng, especially since i still had Grindy (2%) to grab.

It would have been nicer and more accessible if the percentages were set a little lower; say cats 1/20 and the rest 1/50. Only one other person I know grinded out this arcade machine, everyone else I spoke to said "You can actually win at that thing?" Goes to show how wide the spectrum is in terms of patience and curiosity for such minor rewards. Now to repeat this mindless torture for my second character... ugh, on second thought maybe I'll give it a few months!

I still dont have shiny wasabi kitten plushie, ran like 50 hours of automated play on the stupid thing by now and i try a few times every single time i pass the machine, but still no luck, this is ridiculous

I've done it! I got Wasabi kitty! I've been off and on for a year now, trying for a few hours every other month.

 

Lined up 4 hours worth of podcasts, and I was ready to go. Did the snack method, got her in the middle, but facing to the back right. Only took 39 minutes! I gasped when it actually worked.

 

I went for the spot another user showed, between both hair bump things. Was a bit hard doing it without being able to see it though.

 

Now I gotta go for a full trophy cabinet... Then the arena trophy cabinet. Sigh.

It's actually a dice role as to whether the claw will grab the plushie, and even then it only works if you are in the 'sweet spot.' 

There are tutorial videos on youtube about the sweet spots and info out there about the odds for each plushie, because the difficulty for each plushie varies.

The worst is the green lady as her sweet spot is beyond the max right reach of the claw, and she only has a 1/100 chance.

I have about half of them, but can't get the green lady.

Well, it is actually quite achievable and not really time consuming if you automate the process, which I recommend if you are playing on PC.

Got all a few days ago, and I can confirm that the accurate coordinates are relevant....

Question, when you use the snack method, if the plushie happens to fall on the exact opposite side of the machine against that wall, is it still glitched?

After reading through this thread for the first time. It confirms why I hate claw machines both in this game and IRL. Frustrating as hell. In one movie theater I used to manage we had a claw machine with some nice toys. Which the guy that owned it told me he bought the toys by the garbage bag load for like $25. I found a IRL glitch to get a toy or two. One of my cabinet keys opened the machine window. Oh well. when we closed he let us pick any of the toys to keep.

This is crazy. Even with macro I can never get Shiny Wasabi. Let the macro running, did house chores, went out for grocery. Came back, cooked. More chores done.

I'm on PC too. Btw after you pile up the snacks, use the claw couple of times. That "vibration" or whatever should push plushie out then.
