Help with disabling story mode? (3.3.11.2)

Each time I start a new UG game, for some reason it runs the opening cut-scenes for SA. Then I spawn in the alley as blue jeans CJ and all stores are locked, just like with the vanilla version. It would be really cool to know how to fix that, so that I spawn in the middle of Grove St with everything unlocked as it was with earlier snapshots. Could someone please tell me how to disable the story stuff from running? Thanks
