Krommer Posted December 17, 2019 Share Posted December 17, 2019 I went into the Xbox menu, after having this on a moonshine delivery (load loop) something like community but don't have "friends" in a list playing this game saw "clubs" and red dead online/whatever in there selected some guy looking for people, didn't see anything to cancel either, Worked kind of, except instead of putting me back/loading the moonshine delivery, I was just suddenly standing by Strawberry (my moonshine shack is at Henington's stead.) 20 Moonshine was still gone =/ However, I still had my same "special stew" I'd made at camp (yes, I'm an optimist to bother making that stew... ) So I was in the same session still, I guess. Did they change something to the game? Because I tried that trick two times earlier today and it did not work at all both times. I go to a Red Dead Online Community, I join a random player, then the game does a "Joining Processing" or something along those lines and I go directly to that player session without having to confirm it. Oh yes. But it's not just the moonshine related missions or deliveries (thankfully you get 100% of this back (if the eternal black screen load bug forces you to restart the game). It's the simple act of trying to get online to begin with. Started on Christmas Eve, spiked yesterday, and still ongoing to day. R* needs to consider getting better servers. But seeing how they didn't give a f*ck with GTAO, odds are nope. We're stuck. May have to hold off trying to play a day or so when server traffic goes back to normal. I figured out something similar, when I'm stuck in the infinite loading screen, I go and boot up a streaming service, Hulu/Netflix/Disney+ (cool stuff on D+ btw.), then go back to RDR2, I get an Alert: "You have been disconnected from Rockstar game services because you've entered into a suspended state." It kicks me back to the Online load screen, load back into multi player, back to the shack, I still have the moonshine to try and sell again. So at least I'm saving the shine. Krommer Posted January 3, 2020 Share Posted January 3, 2020 I swear going to the xbox menu on the side, then just going up and down in it (or maybe just sitting there), helps (while you can still see the "loading" screen for the mission, in the background.) Since I started doing that, as soon as maggie or Marcel sends me on something, I don't get the forever loading revolver wheel screen.
