Hi guys! I bought a 1080Ti yesterday (MSI Gaming X). I had a 1080 ARMOR before. The problem is, I got the same FPS in the game as before and I’m a bit confused now. I don’t think the Ti is this weak. The GPU usage is 99%, CPU usage is around 30%.

My specs:

2560x1440p 75Hz

GTX 1080Ti Gaming X

CPU: i7-8700

16GB 3200MHz Memory

What could be the problem?

Thanks for the info.

Would have preferred for them to "improve the DAMN game stability" though.

My game now even crashes in game. It never crashed in game before. I don't understand this game. I'm done.

Crashing to me after 107 hours of play. Dfaq is this game?

No idea wtf is wrong with it. Never had crashes ingame before. That randomly starts to become a thing now. This game is a technical train wreck.

Officer Friendly

How do all you play with micro-stuttering(FPS less than 59.99 with Vsync)?

Rockstar I'm dying here. Squash this bug please.

After the latest Nvidia driver update I was back to getting a ton of micro stutter, deleted the NV_cache folder contents along with the R* settings folder as in one of my previous posts in here, and the game is back to running pretty much butter smooth [email protected] (Vulkan) all over the place with occasional dips in Saint Denis, but the water bug still exists along with the sudden hitches when coming across random NPC interactions and obvious mission checkpoint trigger points, the more I see these sudden hitches the more I'm convinced it's DRM related, there's also the sudden crashes which also mostly coincide with checkpoint/autosave/mission switch points.

The latest crash for me at an obvious mission trigger point was just a massive annoyance, I had to use my phone to take a quick picture of where it happened otherwise nobody would believe it, luckily I'm on my 2nd playthrough, but can you imagine this happening on my 1st ? seriously bad place to crash,

Holidays is your answer to why there were no patches. Work started again and an update is on its way.

They have only started making changes recently, if not much was done before Christmas then don't expect a patch soon, as changes to qabeta2 just means testing is going on. Or new RDO DLC :p

And my friend says 623mb for ps4

Anyone knows about upcoming RDO updates? I love RDO can not wait for more Online DLCs! It's fun with friends! I hope they add mexico and more roles! ( and later RDR1 DLC for story mode 💦 )

That's it? They didn't fix the vsync stuttering?

Maybe that's contained under the "improvement". I don't think they'll brag about that.

But what an idea to do a performance update before the Xmas vacations...

I thought it was a downgrade patch untill I noticed my video settings has changed! Changed all of them to ultra again! ( all I want is more roles! )
