I see that no one speaked about this unreleased UTV! For what it seems it is based in various models of UTV brands.

This thing will not be fast, whatsoever, unsuprisingly though... Most likely in-game it'll be even slower as coded speeds can't usually be reached by normal means. Check this out:

Funfact, the outlaw was supposed to have suspension upgrades however they were commented out in the game files:

When I recently purchased a SXS utility ATV, I couldn't help but look and admire the Honda Talon that the dealer had in their showroom. Now we get to have one in GTAO.

That’s precisely what I was fearing. If it were roughly the size of two Blazers put together or perhaps a Bifta, I’d be all over it. Compact offroaders would be a welcome addition, but it seems we’ve got another vehicle that has no purpose—not even in the tiniest of niches. Park her next to the Rampant Rocket and the Tyrant because I’ll take a Zhaba for a useless, albeit cute and quirky vehicle.

Decided to look it up, the Can Am this is based on has a wheelbase of about 100 inches and a width of 64in, and the Ariel Nomad has a wheelbase of about 2.4m and a width of 1.9m. The real cars are both 11 feet long. I suppose a good way to measure the scale correctness would be to compare them to the real cars’ differences in size.

In the specific package it is based on it’d be 72 inches wide the MAVERICK X3 X RS TURBO RR

From what I see it is realistically sized 

I haven’t seen any pictures with the character outside the vehicle but I’ve seen them with the character in it and it seems realistically sized in fact the more and more I look, it might just be me but  I think it might be a bit under scaled actually
