It's not listed as a vehicle which you can purchase - not on LMM, SSASA or WC&C. Nowhere. This means that this car will be given somehow - maybe it's a future super exclusive Casino Podium car, or maybe even a Christmas gift. Or a reward for doing something. Full elecrtic during takeoff, and hydrogen/methanol engine kicks in at higher speeds/gears. Its stock spoiler can be removed by doing the "flip glitch" inside LSC. The name "Imorgon" means "tomorrow" in Swedish. The real life car is dubbed "The Car of Tomorrow", due to its concept; it has unlimited fuel. Afaik, yes. R* has added other vehicles based on irl hybrids, like the aforementioned T20, Jester and XA-21, but ingame they behave as good ol' petrol cars.
