I drove a stock one in the "Grass Route" race and it's no joke. It hauls ass in it's stock form. I want one. The approach doesn't matter. You need a certain property to select Chester McCoy though; I believe it is the bunker but I'm not sure. I own all the business properties so he was unlocked by default. Also make sure you don't select him as the gunman because he can't do both. He sucks as a gunman anyway; his guns have special ammo with limited capacity. Sorry I'm derailing the thread. No you're good dude. I think if you hire someone once you wont be able to use em for a while cuz it'll be considered the same way or something along those lines. Also if you've already chosen your driver see if you can select which cars. If not then you must've already chosen the car you wanna use and must do it over again. If you pick this for the heist getaway car and you still cant get past the cops, the problem is definitely not the car.... It's not a good getaway car IMO because you'll get hit easily inside it. But the trade price is substantial. Also most people probably hide in the sewers. The driver you want, Chester McCoy, is the same guy who operates weaponised vehicle workshops. I had him available for the off, but it could be that he's only available if you own an Avenger/MOC Workshop or have the weaponised upgrade to your Arena Workshop. I had already hired the Hangar Mechanic as the gun guy and the character that I'm doing the heist on has the Bunker, MOC with MOC Mechanic and Avenger with weapon workshop. And he was locked/unable to choose. It's looking like it would be much easier to pay full price for it. I will say that we only took one of the getaway cars, and also the game froze after completion- we made the sale drop saw the cinematic and then it froze on white screen. Priced at 5 times what it's worth and the moment you take it off-road it spends most of the time facing the wrong way after spinning out. The humble little Bifta utterly embarrasses it.
