In Morgue I've never seen a guard standing right next to the Valet's body, that mission can be done stealth easily.

You can get the car without alerting the cops, but i always get 3 star wanted level upon exiting the police impound. Is there any way to do this mission completely stealth?

You have to drive right along the far right edge of the car park so the cops don't see you. They have tiny vision cones but are part of the mission.

Some tips i'd like to add to the thread: 

In the bolingbroke pen vault keycard mission, ignore the prison bus, go straight to the prison, blow up the three guards on the watchtower (yellow question mark in the middle ), park your mkii on the balcony ledge, grab the keycard and fly straight to your arcade, lose your wanted level by flying high. You can complete the mission in 3 minutes without fear of getting spawn trapped.

 

Be aware, it can be tricky to park, you have to find the perfect spot or it will teleport you outside the balcony, so it works best if you can manage to blow the guard holding the keycard down to the ground, so you wont have to do the parking part.

In regards to the vault contents, i’m trying to get diamonds but the scope out mission keeps giving me cash, I’ve only done 2 out of the 3 approaches.

 

is there any chance I could get diamonds right now or would I have to complete the third approach before I can get diamonds?

You can get diamonds anytime this week (ending Wednesday night). I think it's a 15% chance. Maybe @Fun 2 can clarify?

 

And no, you don't need to have all the approaches completed.

All I keep getting is Cash. I may try and finish this aggressive approach before Thursday and see if diamonds show up.

 

Edit - Something interesting happened. I finished my aggressive approach, started up a new heist and when I went to scope out the vault I got cash again, so I called Lester before leaving the casino and cancelled the heist (Now that I had done all 3 approaches, I had the option to cancel). When I got back to the Arcade I chose to pay again to start a new heist, and the Diamonds were there as the vault target.

 

Don’t know how it happened but can’t say I’m complaining.

I does seem strange that you've been getting cash constantly, but it's good now that you've had a change. Nice that you've now done all 3 approaches too, so you have the option to cancel.

I got Diamonds twice this week already. Gonna try for a third Diamonds run before the end of the week. I'm just playing the heists normally, only cancelling when I get cash.

What is going to happen to the MILE HIGH CLUB IN THE 2020 DLC UPDATE? WILL IT BE UPDATED IN THE DECEMBER? OR WILL IT REMAIN THE SAME? I think it could be related to Liberty City...But if If u take a close look at the car in the new dlc image,u will see that the building in the background is still not finished cause there is a crane above the building which has remained under construction for 7 years. What is going on with Rockstar?

Both of these seem to be related to multiple people (currently playing it) having the casino heist ready to go, game seems to actually get confused on who's heist its running, another way this is noticeable is when the starting vehicle spawns at a different arcade.

I've had the frozen guard glitch a lot with my friends. I never figured out what was causing it but it's interesting if it's related to more than one of us having the heist set up and ready (which is often true for us). I will keep an eye on that and report back. It adds an interesting wrinkle to the heist depending on your approach and where the guards spawn. We found some fun workarounds. The best was exiting on the Big Con while attempting an elite challenge run, and there was a frozen guard staring right down the hallway we would usually exit through. So instead we ran into the security room straight away, clocked the two guards in there before they could set off the alarm (somehow), and ran straight out the metal detectors without exit disguises. Somehow that worked!

 

We've also noticed the helicopter not spawning a couple times, though we usually don't go to get it anyway. I'll start checking on that, too, at least on our non-elite runs when the timing doesn't really matter.

 

I've never seen the starting vehicle spawn somewhere else, though.

I recommend to start the heist from an Invite Only / Friends Only lobby to make it most stable. We never had the guards not move bug when doing this.

When doing Big Con you should use the Main Entrance Exit. Then when you spawn outside the Casino one should pass the wall on the left and the other one on the right. Not both on the same side.Then run straight over the highway and find cars.

 

Also we recommend to use separate cars to go to the chopper.

 

In our opinion Art is the most efficient to do. Our payout with Art is usually around 1m/each.

Since the gold bug doesnt work anymore we use to get slightly less (800k to 1m/each).

 

We only do Silent/Big Con.

Potentially Helpful: the best way to get rid of the prison guard in the vault key cards - prison guard prep is to snipe him using a suppressed sniper. You can find a good vantage point and do a headshot on him.

 

I’ve alerted the guards two times by knocking him off inside the tower. I find the snipping method to be risk-free. I found that the are actually two security cameras at the top level of the tower, which might be the root cause of the problem.

Does anyone know the chances for getting each target when Diamonds aren't in the pool?

Does the Diamond chances just convert to Cash or do they just do the calculation without that number in?

Fun posted them, from memory it's about 50/30/20 cash art gold. Diamonds are about 10-20? and come out of the cash odds.
