PC - launcher won't finish installing

Hi I bought rdr2 on steam and I cant finish the rockstar launcher installation. I get this error code everytime during the end of the installation: bcae55358cc2960b33dace4f846fc85d-png.jpg

Made a ticket on rockstar support, but of course its been 2 days and no reply. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling over and over, deleting the rockstar games files and reinstalling, but nothing works. I'm using windows 7
