Tired of crashes on PC

Just bought a brand new gaming PC to play Red Dead Redemption 2. The specs are - Intel Core I9-9900K 3.60GHZ 8/16 16 MB Cache, ASROCK Z390 Legend ATX MB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6,  ASUS STRIX Soar 7.1, 16GIGs Ram and Windows 10. EVERY time I try to run the game from the Rockstar Loader it crashes out and says to check the support site. When I try to run it from the game Icon it just quits out to desktop. ALL drivers are up to date. Windows 10 is up to date. Can anyone one help with this please. Getting a little ticked after spending over $2,000 for a new system and close to 80 bucks for the game.
