acmilano Posted December 7, 2019 Share Posted December 7, 2019 Just watched this trailer,and the moment when Ryan Reynolds put sunglasses- it is revealed that he is basically in GTA Online lobby, with guns, cars, helicopters etc. Even have garage similar to mine. Kinda interested to see how this will look like at the end, and will they add heists and casino in expansion/sequel. Let’s say our actions carry a certain infamy or reputation throughout our time played. Toxic players getting harassed or shot at by NPCs. Add free roam missions that help out local businesses from corrupt cops, gangs, landlords, etc, where your more heroically inclined character then gets assistance or perks from the everyday citizens of LS. The AI becomes smarter and has developed a sense of emotion. Rockstar tries to shut it down, but its virtual soul keeps transferring itself across sessions. As the AI starts to feel threatened, it will hack itself into several nearby military artillery and take players hostage in return for a physical body. If a player leaves the session, their house will perish in a blow. No one can stop this rogue AI, and as the situation escalates into deeper chaos, the AI will grant other NPCs a virtual existence and in the end, the human race will go extinct due to an irreversible singularity caused by the fact that Rockstar never removed the Oppressor MkII and left their players at peace. Trust GTA Online, with its cancerous business model to inspire a brain-dead Ryan Reynolds film. 2nd viewing, I'm like.. meh. it is an interesting "what-if" concept. I was kind of thinking about simulation theory. I could see the second film being a normie in real life challenges convention and our Gods/makers start freaking out. What is he doing? It's not supposed to be like that! :P They should have tried to get the original track for the trailer but I doubt they would have let them use it. They could make this concept interesting if someone like Aronovsky directed with good actors.
