Wirapuru 48
About that Tessellation option on Radeon Settings from/to "AMD optimized" sadly it doesn't do any difference for me. Even trying 64x to the lowest setting, nothing. So far the only 2 changes that affected that for me: - Changing to DX12 (but can't keep at it, random black screens for me) - Editing settings.xml and setting deepsurfaceQuality to Ultra. (it doesn't eliminate it 100% but in my experience it reduces it a lot both on quantity and quality) But I agree with your theory that it's probably some weird shader from Rockstar since it happens on specific mud and snow areas - although it could be AMD or Vulkan's fault, that would have been happened in other games as well (if we think in overall drivers implementation).
Rannz7 0
I had the same issue where the mud would glitch out like so bad that it would look like it's tge GPU that's doing it but I switched to DX12 and it fixed the issue and still have the same performance as Vulkan.
