Well, as you've all seen, the Vice City forums have gone really downhill ever since...people got sick of it, I guess. Well, I don't wanna see it. I'm here to save these god damn forums.

 

Here are a few topics in one. They're all new, and they're all mine.

 

 

 

Topic 1)

 

 

Al Menconi Hates You

 

 

A few months ago, someone (can't remember who) posted a thread about Al Menconi. He was pissed that he gave Vice City an F. People got all upset that someone had dissed their precious little game, and sent him emails. Look what you've done, people

 

 

Recently someone posted a link to our game reviews on various gamer chat rooms, where computer/video game aficionados share game reviews and info. Within a very short time we started receiving huge amounts (we quit counting at 500) of hate e-mails – mostly from immature boys who defended their games with extreme profanity and vile comments. I made the mistake of answering the first few letters and found that my answers were also posted and mocked.

 

Because of the vile profanity and vicious attacks (including two death threats) we have received, we will simply delete non specific criticism, any mail with profanity, and any unsigned letters.

 

It has been an extremely discouraging experience. Not that we were the object of so much hatred, but I was personally discouraged to see that so many young boys have so much hatred in their hearts and so much misinformation about Christianity. It is our hope that this article will give a better understanding of who we are and why we do what we do. Please read the following statements to get a better idea of our reviewing policy. This is for our critics and interested parents and leaders.

 

 

 

Then he starts blabbin' on about stuff. YA HAPPY NOW PEOPLE? He was just trying to help concerned parents choose a good game for their kids. Apparantly, the parents are dyslexic or something, because they can't read the big sticker on the front saying that the game is for adult's only.

Death threats? What the hell is up with you people. It's a game. F*ck.

 

 

 

 

Topic 2)

 

 

Sh*t to do in Vice City

 

 

You all are sick of Vice. Why? Because you are bored with it. Here is my extensive (not really) guide to getting the most out of your copy of GTA: VC

 

 

1) Well, my friend likes doing it so why don't you? My friend got into an ambulance after I put in the flying cars cheat. Hours of fun, right there. He spent ages flying the ambulance around. Try it.

 

 

2) Try to fly the news chopper with the fast cheat on three (or more) times.

 

3) Fly the tank around really high. Go through all the non-solid buildings. You'll sh*t yourself when you crash into a solid one. SMASH!

 

4) Steal a car with a passanger in it. Go to the building you blew up in "Demolition Man" and get as high as you can. Look for which side the water is on the map. Rev it up and drive right at it. The building is hollow and there's a little ramp, don't worry. Bail just before it leaves the edge. Hours of fun and you'll build up your "People Wasted" stat.

 

 

 

Misc. Other Stuff

 

 

Still haven't had enough? Jesus, there's no pleasing you is there. Anyway...

 

 

1)  Start a new game. Get to "Back Alley Brawl". Instead of getting out and bashing the Chef, just keep driving. Instead of the usual cutscene, you'll just see the car run over the guy. When it get's back to you, you'll be laying on the ground. You bailed without pressing triangle. Oh my god! Type in the "All Weapons" cheat (tier 2: L1, R1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down) Rocket launcher the other chefs. Blow up Lance's car. Lance is dead. Repeat. Hours of fun.

 

 

2) Type in the cheat that turns you into a ped. Get to the PIG ped. Pretend to be a bus driver (The PIG's outfit looks just like a real bus driver). Do this for a few hours, you'll be rich.

Why is no one taking consideration into actuallying looking at this topic?? It has good suggestions on how to get our forums exciting again, I am trying to think of a good neverending thread to keep us all busy and make us happy at the same time. I salute u Tenacious_Dude for your suggestions and taking the time and consideration for these forums.

very informative, and that totally sux that people sent that guy hate mail. some people go WAY to far over a freakin game. basically what they did was give the guy more reasons on how the game can SOMETIMES (not always, and not often) alter kids into violence and stuff. after reading that quoe...i thought he was ganna sue or sumthing.

Topic 4)

 

 

More Misc.

 

 

3)  In the "Back Alley Brawl" Mission, Run as fast as you can to get to Lance's car before he does. Blow up his car. It will say "Mission Failed" but Lance will still be there. Of course, he's pissed at you for blowing up his car, so he'll start shooting at you. Shoot his head off and voila; free, early gun.

 

 

4) At the first cut-scene, when it get's to the part where Rosenburg is driving back to his house, type in the tank cheat ( Circle, Circle, Circle, L1, Circle, Circle, L1, R1, R2, Triangle, Circle, Triangle)...I think. The tank will fall out of the sky and blow up the car (You have to type it as quickly as possible for it to land on you...Sometimes it goes in front of the car and dumbass Rosenburg can't drive around it, so there's no way to start the game, unless you restart). If it lands on you, a black screen will come up. Your controller will vibrate. Restart the game. Repeat.

 

 

5) In any of the Porn Studio missions, drive into the studio where the cut-scene's are held. Use the patriot, or some other big car. Now, all you'll se is the car, instead of Tommy and Steve.

Hmm, i like this forum. A time ago, i used to chill at gtasajten.com's forum. But everybody is just asking "No more mission?" all the f*ckin' time and a lots'a kids playin' around there. This is a serius forum with serius ppl, i like that Anyway this was a little bit of topic but...anyway...bye!

It's not only that people are bored of Vice but also the Vice boards seem to be a haven for flamers.

 

We have to stamp out the newb bashing mentality and help people that are not as far or as in the know as we are.

Aye, good ideas there.  Here's another one:

 

Push in the cheat code for huge tires.  Type the code in about five times, and then go grab a Caddy or a Baggage Handler.  You start to drive and notice that you fly down the roads very, very fast.  But it's hard to turn.
