GTA UnderGround Crashes

I installed the latest version of the mod and when it loads everything is normal I respawn at the center of Grove Street,but when I move for a few seconds the game crashes and says something like:

 

A mini dump has been created,check your mini dump where you installed the mod.

I deleted the mini dump (if thats how it works) but when I enter the game again a new mini dump creates and game crashes the same place and alreday tried to go propeties windows xp service pack and disable visual and comp thing. and other kind of ways (installed C local disk).

 

Here are my specs 

Intel core 5 3201M

8 gb ram 

Intel HD graphics 4000 and Direct x 11

Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits

Should I install older versions?

Same thing happened when I installed the random version of gta sa. You have to download 1.0 US version, or this sh*t will still happen. Good luck fixing
