Getting error message with code 0X21002001 on any multiplayer / matchmaking mission in Free Roam

95% of the time I run a multiplayer/matchmaking mission I get into the mission, get a ways, sometimes all the way to the turn-in, and then it errors out with the following message:

 

You have been disconnected from Red Dead Online because the connection to Rockstar game services was lost [Error: 0X21002001]

 

I have been in touch with support and they have had me do 97 things to my computer and router and nothing seems to work.  Those things include:

 

Properties on RDR2.exe to Run as Administrator and Disable Fullscreen Optimizations...both are checked

Norton Anti-Virus...I've added exceptions for the RDR2 directory, but have also tried running the game with Norton disabled...no good.

Router...added Port Forwarding for:
Port 6672 (UDP)
Port 61455 (UDP)
Port 61456 (UDP)
Port 61457 (UDP)
Port 61458 (UDP)
Ports 30211-30217 (TCP)

Internet connection changed to use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for DNS in IPV4

Internet connection changed to use the IPV6 DNS Servers

Disabled all non-Microsoft services

Disbled all startup programs

Created a new user account in Windows

Deleted the HOSTS file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Checked that I am using IPV6 (YES)

Reset the winsock: netsh winsock reset

 

Anyone else having this issue?  Any ideas what to do about it?  Support seems like they are just throwing things at the wall.
