How to change skin in GTA SA:MP

Hello guys! First sorry for my next grammer bug. I have a one big question. How I can change my skin to GTA SA:MP with MAGIC.TXD ? I was trying it for like 20minutes, and when I opened the GTA3 file from models, the MAGIC.TXD popuped me an error. So I can't change my skin. Also my TXDWorkShop doesn't work too. Thank you all for replies.
