dimitri. he is not that great of an antagonist. but micah is my favorite character.

To choose between those two, I'd say Dimitri. If what Dimitri said about Petrovic not blaming Niko (if he were the one to kill Faustin) was true, and then actually paid him, Niko would have probably left him alone. He chose not to. Perhaps he's had done similar things in the past, and to that point it worked for him. Niko was probably the only one with enough determination to survive and take revenge on Dimitri - something Dimitri didn't experience in the past.
Then we have Micah. To me he looked like an antagonist from the beginning. I was expecting him to prove me wrong, but he didn't. For comparison, I didn't think Dimitri would be the big bad, he was the wolf in sheep's clothing. Micah on the other hand was pretty menacing from the start. Was he a bigger rat though? I mostly blame Dutch for having blind faith in Micah, and not believing Arthur. Micah was certainly a rat, but to me as the viewer, he was more obvious one than Dimitri. To summarize, Micah was sketchy from the start, and then he was strong-armed by Pinkertons. Dimitri on the other hand was a better actor playing the "good" guy, while he had other plans. That makes him the bigger "rat" in my opinion.

With Micah I could tell he was as you say sketchy so it really wasn't that surprising when he sold out the gang. Surprised it didn't happen sooner if anything. Dimitri on the other hand was/is better at manipulating those around him and he couldn't even face Niko like a man after his betrayal. He has all the characteristics of a rat. A dirty, stinking rat.
