OpenIV Peds.ymt Crashing Issue

There appears to be a problem where, after exporting peds.ymt into an xml file, reimporting it into OpenIV causes the game to crash when starting up story mode. Tested on an otherwise-vanilla update.rpf, still happened. This also occurs even if no changes are made to the file itself.
