When will we have a mod where there's an NPC hunter helicopter coming at you while you're at 6th star wanted level?

While you're at the 5th or 6th star wanted level, the military spawns to kill you but, how come the hunter doesn't appear?

Wanted Level Editor is a good option for that. 

 

You can also browse it by typing "GTA SA hunters at wanted level".
