look don't mind me  but yea its true what you expect from gta sa those shadow and reflection all are fake because in reality there is no perfect lighting from sun so there will be no perfect shadow that's what i mean  i dunno but try this https://www.mixmods.com.br/2018/10/shadow-height-fix-corrigir-altura-das.html
