AWiseMelon
I want to learn how to create a trainer for personal use and maybe public use if I can polish it enough. I haven't done anything like this before so any help is appreciated. I'm mainly looking for tutorials on how this can be done although if people would like to just explain it that would be helpful too.
cobalamin
You need to be familiar with programming to create your own trainer/mod. The ScriptHook that Alexander Blade has created doesn't have an SDK yet, but when it does you will be able to use that as a base for your trainer so keep an eye on this thread: https://gtaforums.com/topic/939232-scripthookrdr2/ Once the SDK is released I assume he will also release the source code for his trainer so you can learn from that example. Basically what the ScriptHook does is give you a looping function within the game, where you can utilize built in game functions to achieve whatever you want to do. In preparation for this you can look at source codes or tutorials for GTAV mods since it will be very similar in essence. AWiseMelon
Thanks for the reply. What programming language would I need to be familiar with?

C/C++ Dont waste time on pre-learning. Just learn from examples in his trainer and if you encounter any problems use that google. Yeah, I was thinking I wouldn't have to learn all there is to learn about C or C++, just things relevant to the game.
