Can anyone tell me how to complete the Messing With The Man mission - I can't fill the chaos meter without being wasted or busted. Done it with a Rhino, but would rather not cheat!!!! Simply, get a car, take it round the back of the Greasy Chopper or somewhere where Cops aren't too prone to appear; get a gun, and blast the hell out of the car until it explodes...carry on shooting the car and your chaos-meter will continue to increase. GTATHUG77 Posted April 25, 2003 Share Posted April 25, 2003 umm... yeah, for future reference, not to be sarcastic or anything... the search option is the first option on the menu bar on the right hand side... look at the top of the bar... you can't miss it anyway, the way i filled the meter on this mission was to use the rhino and NO i didn't cheat. you don't have to cheat or get six stars to get a rhino. drive or preferably fly into the first courtyard at the army base, there is a tank right in the centre. get out of the heli and run to the tank.. simple. drive away.. take the mission, get back in da tank and it's a cinch. but now after having done the mission. i think that some of the methods like just driving the bike into the water sound alot easier. Well, it seems alright at first completely oblitarating everything in sight. But, the cops soon will be after you. And, as most know, using the Chain Gun ain't the best way about gettin rid of them.. if cops come up to you really close, you can't shoot them. ACA Posted April 26, 2003 Share Posted April 26, 2003 Or you could use my method. Grab a flame thrower and start the mission. Try and get your wanted level to at least 2-3 stars on the way there, then head down to the pharmacy, rob the clerk and the cops should be right at the door. Since the flame thrower goes through walls it is easy to kill the cops. If your health is lowered by the explosions of the cars, grab the health icon nearby.
