Horse steals focus.

When dismounting a horse, if you then try to aim you lock on to the horse and cant move the aim. Also, wild horses do the same thing, dragging your aim to them when trying to hunt. Its catastrophic to try and jump off your horse and pull your gun to defend yourself to find all you can do is stare at the horse while you get shot.
