Crash on Launch after NEW Nov 12th update

So since Launch my red Dead 2 has been buggy, crashing after 45 mins, mouse cursor bug, random screen tearing in menus ect. But it was playable.

 

Now since the game updated I cannot even start it!

 

Ive verified the game twice, tried to launch from epic many times, uninstalled the Rockstar social club and launcher and then reinstalled, tried launching directly from Rockstar launcher, tried launching in safe mode, tried launch .exe as admin. Lots of things. It will not start.

Since update I'm getting a crash on Launch.  Game loads up the menu screen and begins to load in to story mode and crashes.

 

Says "Please close the Rockstar launcher and reboot the game"

 

I do what it says and get the same message.

 

Not to sure why it's doing this, I'm in the process of verifying the game database to confirm if all is ok.
