Importing a crew emblem

Anyone having trouble importing a crew emblem from GTA LOGO ? i’ve tried the method in their website but it doesn’t work, when i press enter it says unidentified (tried with 3 different emblems), anyone know a way around this? or weather it still works?

 

i’ve imported 5 emblems from them about 2 years ago and had no issues
