Tommy Textures Upscale

This mod increases Tommy's textures by 4x, making textures clearer and removing noise, making skin and clothing smoother.
It also corrects Tommy's shoe of Mr. Vercetti's outfit which in cutscene is a different color in gameplay and makes the sclera of the eye whiter.
