MrBreak16 Posted November 12, 2019 Share Posted November 12, 2019 (edited) In which safehouse would you live in Gta 4, (TLaD and TBoGT not included), both realistically (if you where Middle Class, which mean you can’t live in the Algonquin safehouses) and If you were Rich Also you can change the decoration of the house and even renovate it fully For realistic I would live in the Bohan safehouse (renovated) because it is in a pretty chill place, there is a low gang presence and it’s probably a cheap safehouse. I would repaint the walls and repair the floor, and put better furnitures inside. For rich... I would oubviously live in the playboy X penthouse. Crawling with Russian gang members with pistols, shotguns, uzis and AK47s who will attack you if you start any trouble or fire a shot nearby or if you don't leave when they ask. There's gang members near the Bohan one, Playboy X one and Alderney City one too but not as many (except maybe near the Bohan one) and they're less hostile and don't have as powerful weapons. I'd still choose the Broker one over the Bohan one because as well as just gang activity Bohan is a complete sh*thole in general, and over Johnny's life of squalor in the clubhouse or disgusting derelict house. I think Luis' is probably the best non-luxury one (it's in Algonquin but small and in North Holland so not sure if it counts as only for the rich), but otherwise I'd have to go with the Alderney city one I think due to the relatively safe location. Although I personally can't stand the Bohan safehouse and surrounding area even if it's relatively safe, everything is run down, trash everywhere and crazy preachers, prostitutes and gang members outside your door, and you have to commute everywhere. Never thought about it before but I guess every safehouse except Middle Park East and the second TLAD one is in an area with some form of gang presence. Don't know why, but I really liked its location, in the middle of tall buildings, the Algonquin skyline can be seen from the end of the street, near the tunnel and easy access to the northern bridge... All it needs is some new furniture and the wallpaper gone. If I Were Rich: Playboy X's penthouse. it has a modern look, a pool table, jacuzi and a nice view. If I had the option to live anywhere, then I'd probably choose to live here. Would definitely do some decorating though, those rugs would have to go. It could be a nice minimalistic place. There's a street meat guy, a bar, a diner, the waterfront and subway nearby, as well as a park, the Cabaret, and even a pr0n store! Also, I've found it easier to get a cab there than in Bohan. And no crazy preacher ranting at all hours. Rich: PBX penthouse. Hot tub, pool table, and a fawning concierge. Fewer cars smashing the door off your vehicle when you open it than in front of the Middle Park East apartment, too.
