Black Joggers/CEO Armor without Mobile Operation Center?

Does anyone know if it’s still possbile to obtain this outfit without owning a MOC? 

 

I’m aware of obtaining the red joggers without owning MOC, but is there an alternative method for getting black Joggers? Preferably with the CEO “El Jefe” style armor top?

What does an outfit have to do with the MOC? I don't see the connection.

You need the MOC to start up a mission to obtain this outfit. But that mission spawns the MOC owner with black joggers and the other player with red joggers

It’s the Work dispute mission. But I found a way to get it without owning the MOC - you simply need three players instead of two. Since the mission is designed in a way where 2 players gets black joggers and 2 get red

This would have been easier with the DM glitch, but that got patched completely.
