Whenever I'm in menus that involve scrolling it is super glitchy, GTA V had this problem too but it is way worse in this case. How hard is it to implement scrolling into your menus!? Also specifically in the graphics settings when i try to use the mouse to changes settings and click on a certain setting it will highlight another random one instead of the one I clicked on, like what! And the map, what have they done, I feel like I have to scroll out with the scroll wheel for half a minute to zoom out fully, setting waypoints and moving the the red thing around with the arrow keys will glitch out when moving over POI's. Like come on Rockstar you had a year to make a decent port, not only is the performance bad but the ease of use and convenience of UI is just as worse.
