I'm almost completely driven by pragmatic roleplay in this game.

The bounties we search for, who have no back up, I'm happy to take in alive. But multiple targets or those with their gang, why would my guy take the risk for a few extra dollars? Nah, go in hot, take out as many enemies as quickly and efficiently as possible, which usually means dynamite or fire bottles straight out of the gate, and if the bounty happens to die, ah well, I'll happily turn in corpses.

I like options in games, ideally, this week's Legendary Bounty would have the option for me to blow all of the possible targets to sh*t while they're stood in close proximity to one another, kill the rest of the gang, load the bodies of the possible targets into my bounty wagon and let the Saint Denis police department decided which dead body to pay me for.

If they don't give up immediately, well karma is a b*tch! And with all execution moves R* has added it´s kinda cool!

So is console getting photo mode any time soon? Supposedly it's in the files but not activated.

How long was R* Editor PC only? Pretty sure, we will get it in the next update around Christmas.

Hope so.... Both games need a x-mas update!

They should just make a sequel to RDR1 with Jack in 1920s America. Set it further East or just do like they did with RDR2s map and mash a bunch of random areas together despite some being nowhere near one another in reality. Okay, enough hijacking the thread, sorry folks.

MO:

If a RDR3 will be developed (and Im sure it will), then it will be set after RDR1 and features Jack in the 20s-30s as you said.

It's ripe with potential. If they stick with the formula of killing the main character and giving the end game to a second character it would be cool to see something out of the ordinary. Maybe play as old lady Saddie or her daughter if Saddie is too old. I could spitball all day with possible ideas, with only 2 games they've set up quite the lore.

This is the easiest bounty yet.  On 5 star, I literally carried on my shoulder her from rail station to St Denis.  It took me less than 5 mins.  The politican one with extra long cut scenes and so many hard cores spawns wrecking a bounty wagon before you make it to the hill toward armadillo was probably the hardest.  I didnt even complete it on 5 stars because the setup and ride to the drop off was just too long and not worth it nor was it fun seeing the guy get sniped in 2 seconds trying to get his deeds that didnt pay crap any how.

Waited 30 min and get 237$, posse leader did get a little more!

Wow, wut! On 5 stars? Why does this one pay so much more than more difficult bounties, like the Owlhoot Family? Makes no sense! I might go for 5 stars now.

Yepp 5 star!

Played it on 4 star with a friend and as soon Etta was the only red skull on the radar left I used bolas on her! Just 3 enemies spawned when taking her to jail. We didnt fire a single shot before that so it was kinda cool way to do it......

No text chat either? Is there another way to communicate aside from a mic?

WTF people?

I came here to read up on the legendary bounty, what with this being the legendary bounty thread and all...

80% of page 3 and the whole of page 4 belongs in the bitch & moan thread.

I just had to do the 3 star one, it was irritating. They just throw so many people at you. I finally did it, with her being the one who stayed in St. Denis.

I've only done the 2 and 3 star to get the $$$ bounty to show up, for the dailies.

You don´t need to! Just start it, fail and there you go! $$$ poster unlocked!

I have been doing this so fast I dont get much cash, that's the only issue.

Just stand right by the gate at the start and start lassoing the targets, you will get lucky and get Ella. Maybe Bola them if it is quicker.

Use fortified health pots too.

I imagine it will be like lightening with a good posse.

Well we got to play Jack in RDR1 and he was lame af.  If we were to play as him when he’s late 20s early 30s that would mean the game would set in the 1920s, and the ’wild west’ would be long gone.   But who knows.  😁✌️

R* confirmed that there will be no character transfer, which is incredibly f*cked up, imo.

I meant 1920-1930, but it leads to the same.

Yes maybe the west is gone and things has evolved...thats the main motive in the RDR franchise, so it would fit.

I like the early old west more, but I think another prequel would not bring any addition to the story.

Early old west like Civil War years?  That could still work but with new main characters and small connections to RDR2/RDR1.
