Red Dead Online - Benefits from playing with GTAO crew members?

So rumour on the grapevine (or at least the server I was in) was suggesting that there are benefits to playing with people on Red Dead Online that are part of the same Crew as you on Grand Theft Auto Online? 

 

I think an XP boost was definitely mentioned; but has anyone else heard anything similar, or is this just a load of unconfirmed bollocks?

Your second statement is correct. I believe there are general bonuses for playing in a posse (don't know exactly what they are, I play solo), but nothing extra for playing in the same crew as you do for GTA
