Frezing issue while driving

I changed my laptop recently, bought a casper gaming laptop which has gtx 1060. its performance is quite good, I played pubg, ark and some other games. There were no issue. But when I play gta v and if I drive a car, game freaking out. starts freezing and crashing. I don't know what should I do to ? I checked my requirements, made run it test (gta 5 can i run it test) it shows I should be able to play the game even in recommended requirements.. 

 

But still game crashing when I drive a car.. Is there anyone having similar issue ? If it so I'll be very appreciate if anyone help.
