Is there a way to save a dunce cap to an outfit (version 1.48)?

Has anyone found a way to save a dunce cap to an outfit permanently? I'm looking on YouTube and see some outdated methods that people are claiming have been patched.

 

Does anyone now of any sure fire methods to saving it? I guess I should mention that I'm not currently in a bad sport lobby. I've been out for a while now, but haven't changed outfits.

 

I'd like to keep the hat on an outfit to remind me of why I'd NEVER, EVER want to go back to bad sport.

 

Anyone know of a method to keep this thing stuck to an outfit while in a clean sport lobby?

Most player who where dunce are grief so I wouldno suggest if you are peace player

Somebody wearing one killed me like two days ago, so its apparently still a thing

The dunce cap was available trough the now-patch Director Mode glitch.

 

As far as I know, there is no possible way to obtain it (and save it).
