Whenever I start the mission rub out the one where you kill diaz the game freezes during the small part after the cutscene where tommy and lance are checking out the guns they got. I forgot, it’s been a while since I’ve played the game. I think I turned of frame limiter since disabling it causes problems in gta 3, vice city, and San Andreas maybe I did skip it but I’m not sure.
