I can't get players to join my jobs when I host them

So basically when I become the host I cannot get any players to join in all types of game modes, 

I live in South Australia and some of us use adsl unfortunately I m one of the those people and before you mention how I m doing something wrong please note that I have no problem hosting rdr2 online or gta v online on ps3, I even check my other ps4 out and I still have same problems. 

Any tips will be appreciated! Sorry for the bad English not a native speaker

Your problem might be ISP quality related, but just a few things to try:

 

1) Check that you have set Pause Menu - Online - Options - Remain Host after Next Job Vote Screen to Off. (To make yourself less likely to be one.)

2) Check from same menu that you have set Matchmaking to Open. (So that you don't limit invite scope accidentally when you are the host.)

3) If you have been joining jobs from Invite Only session, try joining them from normal public sessions. When Auto-Invite option is turned on in the lobby screen, at first stage it seems to invite only people in the same session with you (=no-one), your friends and people you just played with. As you extend the time, the system will start vacuuming in people from other sessions via Quick Jobs, until finally sending invites to other sessions as well.
