My favorite was the Glendale Ghosts, Before I believed all those videos where I saw The Glendale's Driving alone and I was scared.

I liked the ghost Glendales because they were tangible - unlike most (if not all other) myths, they can actually be seen. It has been proven that these cars aren't actually driven by ghosts but they can actually be found, unlike the infamous Bigfoot. That added a lot of weight to things.

What could have happened to the people driving these cars and why they are there,is the true mystery.But for BigFoot,while it has been confirmed fake,there are actually a ton of Easter Eggs.Such as some big feet signs etc.

Well, the Glendales are there to add life into an otherwise barren countryside. Also, they provide stranded players with a vehicle to escape and save you walking for miles to the nearest road. They behave they way they do because they often spawn on slopes, and their default movement causes them to roll down the hill.

Hmm I guess.But still,kinda fun to theorize of what happened.

Another myth that scared me a lot was that of the underworld, which consisted that we had to go down to the underworld from the Jefferson Motel until we reach the floor we will see a part of the map and well, I think they already save the rest. And I'm afraid of going to the underworld too

Interestingly, you can do a similar thing in some versions of the game. If you crash through the front of the crack palace before you're supposed to you'll fall through the bottom of the map.

That also happens in the removed respray garage that still exists to this day in the PS2 version.

For me it has to be Big Smoke’s ghost in the Big Smoke’s Crack Palace. When you go inside there after the main story is finished, the whole place feels so eerily quiet, but yet at the same you feel someone else is there just watching you, which is more than likely to be Big Smoke’s ghost. His presence is still felt in that in building, despite being long dead after CJ kills him. That Crack Palace just gives me the real creeps man.

Oh my,I remember that!There was a theory where if you shot the Big Smoke statue it would show blood,but that pretty much was busted and it was bullets.

It's not so much that there is proof you can see anything there - it is more to do with the fact that the place is now fully abandoned and quiet, but yet, you still hear certain slight sounds that make you feel someone unseen is there, that ghostly feeling. That's the main fear factor here, for me at least.

Yeah,I know,the silence makes it scary,it's just your footsteps and sometimes Carl breathing.The abandonment of the Palace is truly what makes it scary.

It is sort of hard to draw the line between the "favourite" and the "most creepy one". I mean, my favourite would probably be the Epsilon. Tons of clues, driving around the map, trying different outfits...

 

But the serial killer in the woods one is by far the best and the creepiest one, to the extend that I was too afraid to leave the car at night in the forest. I definitely had fun, but can't really say that it was my "favourite" in the real sense of this word!

That killer in the forest, does he really exist ? And if so, where can he be found ? Just so I can go there and empty the full clip of my Glock .40 cal on him

And also the old glendale and sadler, that safehouse in with a unique ambient sound and weird small rocking chairs with unusual lights

I gotta say that being in the woods on rainy nights still terrify me. Especially in the Back 'O Beyond region and around the brown water lake. Gives me the shivers..
