I think RGL accidentally downloaded .exe file for RDR2 pc and then quickly removed it

Anyone else also had it briefly or something? I was afk for few hours, and when i came back, i found this thing on my desktop, i swear i didn't touch anything on my pc because i was afk

It's just a placeholder shortcut for when the game gets unencrypted. It is on my desktop since I preloaded.
