My Rockstar launcher just updated. The Orange line just jumped around all over the place but then launched the launcher which has stayed the same! :(

The desktop icon has also disappeared!!! ??????

Too soon, you wouldn't believe it but the game is prabably still selling. So if they announced preorder for Steam today many might just get it on Steam instead of RL.

That's why I said when Steam Store updates, which is in 7 hours, pre-ordering on Epic and RGL will be over by then.

I don't see any reason to, obviously a Steam consumer is either willing to wait a month or buy the game and play right now on RGL, no reason to stop them from pre-ordering today.

Does anyone know if the decryption time will depend on your internet speed? Or is it entirely up to your hard drives specifications?

They should really schedule the decryption for about an hour  before the game releases or so tbh.
