This is a simple one, post about something you see in GTA Online that sets off your OCD when you see it

 

For me, its this damn chain not lining up with the jacket

Easy one for me;

 

The tiniest scratch on my car.

A million dollar Bugatti with a gas station air freshener.

Scratches, dings, dents, broken windows, missing panels, any of those things happen to my car it's an immediate trip to LSC.

The stats.

 

Some are inconsistent, like when deleting and recreating a second character. Apparently I've made over 500m RP between three characters, lol.

 

Plus I hate odd numbers of things. I like my earnings/spending to be rounded numbers ending on 0's or 5's, plus I like businesses to be on rounded numbers of sales, lol. MC businesses on 50/75 each instead of the 48/72 it was on when I'd had enough, so I sold 2 small amounts quickly over time to even things up before closing them off.

 

The cash spent on job entry fees is itching my brain as it says xxx.021 spent, how did I spend 1 buck on job entry, lol.

 

Probably made it sound worse than it is as it doesn't rule my gaming but if I'm looking for a target or something, the numbers alone can give me food for though.

I've reported this to R* like 5 times, and they either close the ticket without a response or say 'its how its supposed to look'.

To make sense of my gripe please start by looking at this image i pulled from wikia, this is a picture from the voltic as seen in the last gen version (so ps3/xbox360) ignore the fact that the image is somewhat squashed, while the angle is not great for my example, just look at how the back of the carbon roof connects to the green of the car, notice that green corner? and how theres no green 'arrow' on the carbon?

 

Now look at this picture i took of my Voltic, this is the 'hd' re-release version (ps4/xbone/pc)

I disagree with this statement on several levels but apparently my last post was too direct so i'll just leave it at that. Yay OCD woopwoop

Customization parts on vehicles being either paint or carbon only.

 

IMO, all customization options for a car should be available on:

 

- Primary paint

- Secondary paint

- Carbon

- Black plastic, chrome or whatever (optional)

 

Also cars that have an spoiler as stock but don't give you traction unless you remove it irks me so much.

I'm rather obsessive about topping off my body armor, as well as thrown and heavy weaponry (stickies, RPGs, etc.)--one of my "startup" routines, along with selling an NPC-modded car and doing the Strawberry gang attack.

 

It's not all OCD-related though, as sometimes you need the max amount of an item when defending yourself. Better to be prepared, as you never know when you'll suddenly need it.

 

I also never let the LSPD get away with killing me without kicking their glutes several times over for it. Getting a melee kill on an officer standing nearby feels pretty good.

That bugs the hell out of me too, if I have max armor the game will intentionally throw some stupid npc f*ckery at me to knock it down a little: hit a vehicle while driving and my vehicle automatically loses all steering ability and veers into the nearest tree or building so I get scuffed from the dead stop, or a kangpae a**licker decides I didn't change lanes to his satsfaction and so starts shooting.

OK, not GTA, but this absolutely bugs the f*ck out of me:

 

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's a Winchester 1894, why the hell is there an open end below the muzzle??

Again, unless it's an obscure model I'm not aware of that should be the magazine tube....which would be completely useless with an open end out by the muzzle.

Is it supposed to be some over/under weapon?

It's even worse when they get removed when you're in a topless car during a RACE, but if you're in freemode it stays on. It completely ruins my Speed Racer costume! Augh!

Most weapons dropping the same bullet casings regarless if they're a pistol, a machine gun or an assault rifle.

 

Except for the sniper rifles, of course, in which case the Marksman Rifle drops big .50 BMG bullet casings while the Heavy Sniper doesn't.

I set specific colour parachutes for a few of my combat outfits.

 

However, every time I select said outfits from the interaction menu, the parachute's colour/livery reverts to the default, throwing off the design intended to match.

My pet peeve is things aviation related in this game.As a kid I wanted to be a pilot for the military I took the aviation ground school course in high dchool and passed the FAA written exam for Private Pilot and logged a few hours to get started. While in Air Force ROTC in college I had an accident that ruined my vision in one wyw just enough so I couldn't pass the vision requirements for service.  But I still keep up with aviation as a hobby to this day. Mostly through photography.

My peeve is the errors in both the aircraft and the airport. I've sat in several helicopters and other aircraft and flown in a few of them. The scale is wrong on several of those helicopters. The Buzzard, Frogger, Maverick, Valkrie and Annihilator are too big. And their sound effects are all wrong. They IRL are very distinctive.

The markings and lighting for the runways and taxiways are wrong. And the scale is off too. I.E. All runway edge lighting is always white. Not yellow. Flushmounted lights are only used where aircraft may run over them. Airport equipment buildings (marked red and white checkerboard) and also certain antennas are too close to taxiways and runways where a plane cold hit them. The spacing and scale is off too. Where a landing 747 would have it's wingtips over the parallel taxiway. The developers obviously took time to research and create this stuff. i'm just asking for it to be right, They could, for example, Google a aerial view of Miami International Airport for thier next game and copy it's layout. Just simplify it a bit. All of the lighting, markings and spacing are FAA requirements and can be easily Googled. And even on GTA V's map there's enough room to have a properly scaled airport. 

Also fighter jets need to be able to go supersonic.or at least something that seems realistic. And fix their landing and takeoff distances.

Agreed. It's a little irritating that I can't choose a metallic color for primary, and matte as a secondary.

Happens with me when the rear bumper is much higher than the front bumper and side skirt...

 

 

Or worse, like the Kuruma; when there's no rear bumper option.

It drives me nuts seeing the windows in buildings and that picture is extremely low resolution.

Not to mention how most of the time both bumpers, diffusers and sometimes even grilles are fused instead of being separate customization options.

 

It really drives me nuts wanting a certain front bumper but not choosing it because it has a gigantic diffuser, splitter or whatever baked in.

A few more I noticed last session:

No airport beacon light at night. The very bright sweeping beacon of white then green for civilian airports. That would look cool

As always a peeve about the Hydra mission. Aircraft aboard the aircraft carrier taking off like they were on land. Aircraft carriers have catapults to launch aircraft and arresting gear to stop them when they land.

And some aircraft have functioning landing/taxi lights and some don't. WTF?
