New Alien Survival Series and The Western Rampant Rocket Plus Halloween in GTA Online and More

Marines have been in the game since launch, they are basicslly the Fort Zancudo soldiers.

- Casino decorations are the skull with jewels for eyes, in a bunch of different color combo's, and 2 paintings. (dammit where are the car models already)
- Couldnt find any halloween masks/masks on sale, so either i have them already or they forgot to add them?

Edit: holy balls i figured id catch up on my mask collection and burned trough 6 mil in like 3 minutes, and that doesnt even include the insanely overpriced arena war masks, damn you R*

The peyote hunt has been a blast so far, and I'm actually digging the new tryhard masks and casino art; but the survivals are a huge let down as well as the fact that they don't re-release Halloween t shirts and the smiley mask. I have all the shirts I want but that mask dammit, I need it. Was really hoping for a fresh interior where we played as our characters fighting aliens, maybe with a gigantic Kraken alien boss battle. That's asking a lot I know, but come one, more than half the locations for these alien survivals are existing survival locations..

So i tried my first peyote (at top of chilliad below some wooden signs) and while it looks like a normal little black dog its some weird crossbreed between a dog and a spider, it can just stand on a 85' slope down and not fall down at all lol, this might have some uses

I ran up a sheer cliff as a Labrador a few minutes ago, it was jarring lol, but cool! I will say, all the animal animations seem janky after playing RDR2 for a year now. Especially the dogs, their walk cycle is totally unrealistic. Total nitpick, this I know. I'm actually really glad and surprised they added the cacti to online.

This is actually a half-decent event week. I have no reason or incentive to grind any more, so anything a little bit different is fine with me, and Halloween is a really fun time of the year.

 

We get a new vehicle that's a little bit different to the norm, which is appreciated, although I can't say whether it's raceable or has any unique features? And the Sanctus on special offer and winnable on the podium is a pretty nice feature. The Sanctus definitely is unique in both looks and handling, including its rear level of torque that makes it harder to control. It's super-expensive and won't win many races, but it's something different in a world of really repetitive vehicle upgrades and updates. I'm hoping the Western Rampant Rocket fits this mold too.

 

And more collectibles around the map, this time peyote plants? Repetitive, but once you complete these tasks, the unique prizes are often worth it, as the impotent rage hairdo is always worth a show off and laugh.

 

However, yet more meme-themed survivals instead of giving us a package with the creator is a bit underwhelming, as Rockstar are rather too clever at dragging out next to nothing every week through exaggerated marketing, but who can complain these days? GTA online has taken a major back seat in my life now, but the fact that Rockstar keep on pushing this game and RDR2 while developing GTA 6 and the future of gaming, is good enough for me. I just wish that other gaming companies were so dedicated to long-term quality and gaming heritage as Rockstar (although their cheesy marketing can naff off).

After wave 4 you cant even pop your head outside cover to have a look while having full health and armor without getting sprayed to death.
