I cannot scroll up or down in menu on iFruit

People keep telling me to scroll around on facilities to buy a facility, I sent screenshots and even told people to watch it on my live stream, I cannot scroll down or up in Maze Banks Foreclosure, same with car shops, I cannot scroll up or down, my GTA game app is updated and so is my PS4, why is this happening to me?

Not the same, but I had a problem last year where the in game browser stopped opening for me and I was also unable to use the interaction menu or start jobs via the pause menu. It never fixed itself so after a few weeks I had to reinstall the game and delete all of my SP saves. Support said it was likely a corrupted save from me refusing to ever clear my cache (I hated clearing it and having to readjust all my settings). Clear your caches folks..

 

As for your current problem I have no clue, haven’t seen this issue yet. The game is ancient at this point and becoming more and more of a bugged out mess. I only see things getting worse and not better, especially once updates stop altogether.

No idea. D-pad, left stick, and touchpad all work fine for me, and right stick to move the map.
