There may be a physical version in the future (I hope so 150GB is a lot to download! and I want the map) but if there really isn't anything in physical stores (unlikely) then you can buy Steam vouchers with cash and use them to buy the game if you wait until December. Also in the UK GAME will let you buy download code emails in store for cash but not many people do this and idk about other countries.
